• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 578bd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must maintain only one active account at 578bd at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or any alternative identity — is strictly forbidden.

578bd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any stage of your account's lifetime. Where verification is requested, you agree to provide supporting documentation within 72 hours. Failure to provide documentation may result in temporary suspension of your account pending review.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access 578bd's Services, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information as required. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. 578bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 578bd account that you do not use on any other website or application. 578bd strongly recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• You must notify 578bd immediately via the support channel if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. Account sharing is prohibited.
• 578bd reserves the right to perform identity verification (KYC) checks at any point, including before processing any withdrawal request. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents when requested.
• Account information including your registered email address and phone number must be kept current. 578bd will use these contact details to communicate important account notices, security alerts, and regulatory communications.

All player accounts at 578bd are personal in nature and are held for your sole use. Account balances are not transferable and hold no monetary value outside the 578bd platform.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

578bd accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 578bd does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through 578bd:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. You must have completed KYC verification to withdraw funds from your 578bd account.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed on the bonus-derived balance.
• 578bd typically processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the player's chosen payment provider and is outside 578bd's direct control.
• 578bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting proof of source of funds, where deemed necessary by our compliance team.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — including deposits made using another person's bKash account or bank card — are strictly prohibited and will result in the freezing of the relevant funds pending investigation.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

578bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, as published at the time of the promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by 578bd unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per qualifying promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Repeated attempts to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts or identities constitute fraud.
• All bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer.
• 578bd reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, use of arbitrage strategies across promotions, or the use of automated betting tools.
• 578bd's welcome bonus is open to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount in effect at the time of your first deposit are as stated on the promotions page at that time. Standard wagering requirements apply.
• 578bd may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-campaign, 578bd will use reasonable efforts to honour any bonus already credited to a player's account under that promotion up to the date of cancellation.

Section 6

Gameplay and Fair Use

578bd is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All games available on the 578bd platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor. The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on 578bd:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 578bd's gaming services complies with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. 578bd does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.
• Game outcomes are final once a round has been completed and settled by the system. 578bd will only reverse a game result in cases of verified technical error or manifest system malfunction, and only where the error can be clearly evidenced from server logs.
• In the event of a disputed game result, you must notify 578bd within 7 days of the result being settled. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. All disputes are subject to review by 578bd's internal compliance team, whose decision is final.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as presented by the game provider's dealer or interface. Where a discrepancy exists between the visible rules on screen and these Terms, the game provider's stated rules govern gameplay, and these Terms govern all account, payment, and bonus matters.

578bd monitors gameplay patterns to detect and prevent collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting scripts, and other forms of unfair play. Where such activity is detected or reasonably suspected, 578bd reserves the right to void affected bets, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 578bd. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated means to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit any feature of the Services in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 578bd for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, sharing account credentials with third parties, or acting in concert with others to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned through normal gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment method, or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification.

578bd will co-operate fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators in any investigation related to suspected fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through the platform.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

578bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where a player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: age misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, fraud, or abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Where 578bd is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority, including anti-money laundering obligations.
• At the player's own written request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of all pending bets and the deduction of any funds subject to bonus forfeiture will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure are not withdrawable.

Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. 578bd's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 578bd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

578bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 578bd will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous uptime, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events outside its reasonable control.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 578bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 578bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services or any content thereon for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 578bd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any trademark, trade name, or service mark displayed on the 578bd platform.

Amendments to These Terms

578bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 578bd will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the 578bd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
